Payment can be made at convenience stores, post offices, banks, and other locations.
Please pay within 14 days of the invoice date, as indicated on the invoice.
If the purchaser’s address differs from the shipping address, the invoice will not be included with the product but will be sent directly to the purchaser.
If the user is a minor, please obtain consent from a legal guardian before using this service.
If payment cannot be completed due to a payment error, you will be required to pay via cash on delivery. If payment cannot be completed using the method you registered (NP AfterPay, Amazon Pay, or Vamos AfterPay) during your first order due to a payment error, the order will be canceled and you will receive an email notification. Please place your order again.

3. Time of payment
Credit Card…Payment is processed on the settlement date of each credit card company following each shipment.
Amazon Pay…Payment is processed in accordance with Amazon Pay’s terms of use following each shipment.
Cash on Delivery…Upon delivery of the product.
NP Post-Payment (Convenience Stores/Post Offices, etc.)…Within 14 days of the invoice issuance date for each shipment.
Vamos Post-Payment…Within 14 days of the invoice issuance date for each shipment.

– We issue invoices on the 1st of the following month for confirmed monthly charges (month-end cutoff) and notify you via email or SMS (text message) by the 5th.
Payment methods include convenience store payment (at in-store terminals), bank transfer, and direct debit.
The payment due date is the 27th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. For direct debit, funds are debited on the 27th.
Depending on the payment method, a handling fee will be charged for each monthly payment (invoice). For convenience store payments, the fee is up to 390 yen (tax included); for bank transfers, the customer is responsible for the transfer fee. For direct debit, no payment handling fee applies.

4. Product delivery time
・For your first order, we typically ship within 3 business days of receiving your order; however, depending on inventory status and other factors, shipping may take longer.
In the case of regular sales, the product will be delivered on the cycle stated on the purchase page or on the delivery cycle specified by the customer, based on the date of each shipment.
・Depending on inventory status and other factors, shipping may take longer than the standard lead time.
Please note that delivery may be slightly delayed depending on the area, shipping conditions such as holidays, and traffic conditions. Orders placed on holidays or the day before a holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
The number of days required for delivery is usually indicated as the number of days counted from the next business day.
・If an item is returned to us because it could not be delivered due to customer circumstances (including extended absence, refusal to accept the package, or an incorrect address), we can arrange for redelivery. If you wish to request redelivery, we will accommodate this request once, provided you cover the actual shipping costs associated with the redelivery.If you are unable to receive the item even after redelivery, or if you do not wish to request redelivery, we will cancel the order and refund the amount remaining after deducting the actual round-trip shipping costs plus a 400 yen processing fee from the product price.
5. Settlement fees
If you select NP Post-Pay Real-Time as your payment method, a post-pay handling fee of 187 yen (including tax) will be charged.
If you choose the "Vamos" deferred payment option, a deferred payment fee of 266 yen (including tax) will be charged.
6. Shipping charges
Flat rate of 650 yen per shipment nationwide (800 yen for Okinawa, Hokkaido, and remote islands)
*We do not ship outside of Japan. If you wish to purchase from outside Japan, please contact us separately.
*For certain campaigns or specific courses, we may cover shipping costs (free of charge) if we approve it separately.
*The shipping fees applicable to each shipment shall be determined in accordance with the provisions set forth herein at the time of contract renewal (conclusion) as specified in Section 10 below.
7. Defective products
In the unlikely event of a defective product or wrong product, please contact us. We will exchange it for a replacement product under the following conditions. We will bear the shipping costs for the exchange.
・Please contact us within 7 calendar days, including the day the product arrives.
・Please return the product so that it arrives at our designated address within seven calendar days, including the day you contact us.
・The product must contain at least 90% of its original contents (for a 250-ml bottle, at least 225 ml must remain)
Please note that if, after you have returned the product to us, we determine that it does not meet the above conditions, we will be unable to send a replacement, but we will return the product to you.
8. Withdrawal, Cancellation, Return, etc. of Application
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience. However, this does not apply to the exercise of termination rights based on our breach of contract or other laws and regulations.
For products covered by a subscription agreement (including those for which the agreement was established pursuant to Section 10(3)), if you refuse to accept the product for reasons attributable to you, we will charge you an amount equivalent to the actual damages incurred. *Shipping fees will be calculated based on either the Compact BOX or Nekopos rate.
・Shipping fees: Compact Box (650 yen per shipment / 800 yen for Okinawa, Hokkaido, and remote islands)
・Shipping fees: Nekopos (250 yen per shipment / flat rate nationwide)
・Return shipping fees (subject to the carrier’s terms)
・Administrative fee (200 yen per item)
Please note that if you refuse delivery multiple times, you will be required to pay the amount equivalent to the actual damages described above for each instance of refusal (up to a maximum of three times).
9. Return Shipping Costs
If the product is defective or damaged due to our fault, we will bear the shipping costs for returning the product.
10. Matters related to subscription purchases
(1) Nature of the Subscription Agreement
This subscription involves repeated formation of individual sales contracts for each product shipment according to a predetermined delivery cycle, initiated by the initial application.
(2) Applicable Contract Terms (Revision of Shipping Fees and Prices)
For each sales contract, the latest terms (sales price, shipping fees, various regulations) posted on this page (Official Website's "Notation Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act") shall apply once the customer's cancellation deadline (see (4) below) has passed.
We may revise shipping fees and product prices due to changes in economic conditions or to improve our services. When changing conditions, we will post the changes on our official website and notify registered members via email at least one month prior to the effective date of the changes.
(3) Contract Formation (Deemed Consent)
The contract for the next shipment is deemed formed if no cancellation or suspension procedures are completed by the cancellation deadline. If the customer continues the subscription past the cancellation deadline, they are deemed to have agreed to the latest contract terms, including revised shipping fees and prices, and to have requested shipment of the product.
(4) How to Cancel or Suspend Your Subscription and Deadlines
Please contact our customer service line at [050-6882-5936] using the phone number registered in your account within 10 calendar days from the date your order was shipped. If the 10th calendar day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, you must call by the preceding business day.
Please note that we will ask for your address, subscriber name, and other necessary information to verify your contract details.

(5) Important Notes
If you refuse to accept a product covered by a subscription agreement for reasons of your own convenience, you will be required to pay an amount equivalent to the actual damages as specified in Section 8 above. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must follow the procedure described in (4) above and contact us within the cancellation period.

12. Special provisions
Multiple Purchases
The initial discount price for a subscription purchase shall be applied only once per customer.
In the event that one person submits multiple applications for any reason, including but not limited to the entry of false personal information, the Company may refuse to accept such applications, refuse to sell the product, and claim compensation for any damages (including but not limited to the initial discount amount) incurred by the Company as a result of such refusal.
・If we determine that any of the following conditions apply and suspend the shipment of goods, we shall not be liable for any damages resulting therefrom, except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
(1) When an order is confirmed to have been placed from the same address for any reason, such as willful change of name, telephone number, or e-mail address
2)If a purchase is made using more than one name at the same address
3)If the order exceeds the quantity used by an individual and the reason is not clear
4)When we are unable to contact the customer by telephone, e-mail, or other means
5)Other cases in which we deem it difficult to continue the transaction
