Effective April 1, 2026, in order to provide a more sustainable service that is easier to maintain,
we will be making the following changes.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers, but
this change is necessary to maintain quality and ensure a stable supply.
We appreciate your understanding.
1. Changes to the Contents of Your Subscription
To reduce our environmental impact and ensure the sustainability of our service,
we will be making changes to our shampoo and conditioner subscription service.
- Subsequent deliveries
- Switch from bottle to refill (220 ml)
Effective Date: Applies to shipments for the second and subsequent installments of recurring orders on or after April 1, 2026
For those who prefer delivery in bottles
*Change deadline: 3 days prior to the next scheduled shipping date
2. Shipping Fees for Subscription Orders
Until now, we have offered free shipping on our subscription service, but
due to rising logistics and material costs, we will be adjusting our shipping fees.
Effective Date: Shipments on or after April 1, 2026
- Nekopos: 250 yen (tax included)
- Other than Nekopos: 650 yen (tax included)
Free shipping for customers with a membership rank of Gold Silk or higher
*Please note that orders containing two refill pouches will be shipped via Nekopos.
*This offer is also available to customers currently subscribed to our regular delivery service.
3. Regarding Price Adjustments
Due to rising raw material costs, we will be adjusting our product prices.
Effective Date: Orders placed on or after April 1, 2026

- Price per bottle: ¥1,980 → ¥2,200 (tax included)
- Bottle Subscription Price: ¥3,300 → ¥3,680 (tax included)
- 1-Day Pouch: ¥198 → ¥220 (tax included)
