Payment methods include convenience store payment (via in-store terminals), bank transfer, and direct debit.
Payment due date is the 27th for convenience store and bank transfer payments. Direct debit payments are withdrawn on the 27th.
A handling fee applies per monthly payment (invoice) depending on the payment method. For convenience store payments, the maximum fee is 390 yen (tax included). For bank transfers, the transfer fee is borne by the customer. For direct debit, no payment handling fee applies.

4. Product delivery time
The first shipment will usually be shipped within 3 business days after the order is received, but it may take longer depending on stock availability.
In the case of regular sales, the product will be delivered on the cycle stated on the purchase page or on the delivery cycle specified by the customer, based on the date of each shipment.
Please note that shipping time may take longer than the established cycle due to inventory conditions and other factors.
Please note that delivery may be slightly delayed depending on the area, shipping conditions such as holidays, and traffic conditions. Orders placed on holidays or the day before a holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
The number of days required for delivery is usually indicated as the number of days counted from the next business day.
In the event that an item is returned to us without being received by the customer for any reason, we will make up to one re-delivery. Please note that if for some reason the customer does not receive the product within a maximum of two deliveries, including the first delivery, we will not accept a second or subsequent re-delivery, and no refund will be made in such cases.
5. Settlement fees
If you choose NP Postpaid Real Time as your payment method, you will be charged a postpaid fee of 187 yen (tax included).
6. Shipping charges
Flat rate shipping fee of ¥650 per shipment nationwide (¥800 for Okinawa, Hokkaido, and remote islands)

※For campaigns or specific courses, shipping fees may be covered by us (free of charge) if we separately approve it.
※The shipping fee applicable to each shipment shall follow the provisions of this notice as specified at the time of contract renewal (establishment) as defined in Section 10 below.
7. Defective products
In the unlikely event of a defective product or wrong product, please contact us. We will exchange it for a replacement product under the following conditions. We will bear the shipping costs for the exchange.
Please contact us within 7 days of shipment.
The product must be sent to the address specified by the Company within 7 days of the above contact.
The contents of the product must remain at least 90% (in the case of a 250ml bottle, at least 225ml).
Please note that if you send us an item and it is found that it does not meet the above conditions, we will not be able to send you a replacement item or return the item you sent.
8. Withdrawal, Cancellation, Return, etc. of Application
No withdrawal or cancellation of application, or return or exchange of goods for any reason by the customer will be accepted.

If the product is defective or damaged due to our fault, we will bear the shipping costs for returning the product.
10. Matters related to subscription purchases
(1) Nature of the Subscription Agreement
This subscription involves repeated formation of individual sales contracts for each product shipment according to a predetermined delivery cycle, initiated by the initial application.
(2) Applicable Contract Terms (Revision of Shipping Fees and Prices)
For each sales contract, the latest terms (sales price, shipping fees, various regulations) posted on this page (Official Website's "Notation Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act") shall apply once the customer's cancellation deadline (see (4) below) has passed.
We may revise shipping fees and product prices due to changes in economic conditions or to improve our services. When changing terms, we will post the changes on our official website and notify registered members via email at least one month prior to the effective date.
(3) Contract Formation (Deemed Consent)
The contract for the next shipment is deemed formed if no cancellation or suspension procedures are completed by the cancellation deadline.If you continue your subscription past the cancellation deadline, you are deemed to have agreed to the latest contract terms, including revised shipping fees and prices, and to have requested shipment of the product.
(4) Cancellation/Suspension Method and Deadline
Please complete the procedure within 10 days of the shipment completion date for each order (hereinafter referred to as the "Cancellation Deadline") by following the steps below.

(5) Important Notes
If you contact us after the cancellation deadline has passed, please be aware that you will be required to purchase the relevant shipment (currently in preparation) at the revised price and shipping fee.

12. Special provisions
Multiple Purchases
The initial discount price for a subscription purchase shall be applied only once per customer.
In the event that one person submits multiple applications for any reason, including but not limited to the entry of false personal information, the Company may refuse to accept such applications, refuse to sell the product, and claim compensation for any damages (including but not limited to the initial discount amount) incurred by the Company as a result of such refusal.
The Company may immediately suspend delivery of products when any of the following events occur or are suspected to occur. The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by the customer as a result of such suspension.
(1) When an order is confirmed to have been placed from the same address for any reason, such as willful change of name, telephone number, or e-mail address
